Luk clutches and discs undergo rigorous testing at each step in the production process. Every product is tested after final assembly. Clutches must pass tests for clamp load, pressure plate lift and variation, finger height and wear capacity. Discs undergo testing for cushion deflection, torque capacity, spring rate, facing parallelism and compressed thickness. As OE vehicle applications become more complex and demanding, Luk's reputation for producing proven, high quality products continues to lead the way. All Luk Repset kits include a pressure plate, disc and throwout bearing.
